He is an award-winning author and his books are a great way to gain insight into the thinking, practices, and principles of leadership. He also travels throughout the world, speaking and teaching. Paul is the Founding Global Director and vision carrier of the Pais Movement, a missionary organization working on 6 continents.
Originally from Manchester, England, Paul and his wife Lynn have two grown sons Joel and Levi. The couple now resides in Arlington, Texas.

Carl is the founder of En Gedi Retreat. His wife Audrey and three children live in the mountains of Colorado. Carl has particular passion for healthy leaders and speaks frequently with pastors and missionaries from around the world concerning healthy rhythms and boundaries. Pete is a recognized leader in the United Kingdom. He is married to Bryony and they have two daughters, Isabella and Jasmine. Pete & Bryony are part of the senior leadership at Life Church Lancashire and Pete is one of the founders of Burnley High School, a Christian Ethos free school of which he is now a governor. Pete is the National Director and vision carrier for the Pais Movement missionary organization in Great Britain.
Jan Thomsen, along with his wife Verena, is the National Director for Pais Germany. They have both been serving in a Global missionary capacity since 2008/2009. They lived in Texas, USA for two years and were part of a Global Resource Team impacting 6 continents. During that time they received specialized training in mission, discipleship, and study. Jan has a huge passion for Germany. He believes that God’s Kingdom will increase and that His presence will be even more tangible in the future.
Patrick Kliever, along with his wife Sara, is the National Director for Pais Oceania. Pat joined Pais in 2010, where he first served Pais USA in Colorado. Through his experience and training with Pais he has seen the deep impact that Pais has around the World. Originally from Germany, he and Sara moved over to Australia to embrace the mission of Pais for Australia and New Zealand. His heart is for Australians and New Zealanders to join the Movement of disciple-making.

Joshua Porter is the Training Director for Pais Brazil. He joined Pais in 2017 and served as team leader in Natal, Brazil from 2018 to 2019. Today he is responsible for training and equipping Pais apprentices in Brazil. The son of Northern Irish missionaries, Josh grew up in France and speaks English, French and Portuguese.
Melissa Neves is the Communications Director for Pais Brazil. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, she joined the Pais Movement in England in 2015. She has a great passion for Brazil and, in 2017, she pioneered Pais in São Paulo. Since then, she has been working hard for the advancing of the Kingdom through the empowerment of young people in her nation. Melissa speaks Portuguese and English.
Samuel Amasah, born in Ghana, Africa, is the Regional Director for Pais West Africa. Samuel began his ministry work in 2010, and later joined Pais in 2013. He served in Pais Ghana for 2 years, then moved to Kenya in 2015, where he served for another year before pioneering two Pais teams in Nigeria. After 3 years of pioneering Pais in Nigeria, he was reassigned to his current position of Regional Director for West Africa, residing in Ghana now. Samuel speaks fluent English as well as 2 African languages, Twi and Ga.
Daniel Najombong is married to Fortunate and they are both from Nigeria. Daniel started out as a youth leader in Living Faith Church and Key Leader Royal Family of Christ Global Ministries, he joined Pais in 2016 and has attended several quality trainings in Accra Ghana having used the same to impact thousands of Christians in Nigeria. This has led to many people being equipped to advance the kingdom of God using the Distinctive Concepts and templates that Pais provides. His vision is to continue interacting with people who have a heart for God in Africa and Nigeria through trainings, conferences and workshops. He is currently leading Pais Movement in Nigeria together with a team of young and passionate youth leaders. He also travels all around the country making missionaries and is excited to be doing this. Formally educated as Computer Scientist, Daniel now enjoys teaching, writing and adventures.
Junior, born in Recife, Brazil, is the National Director of Pais Brasil. Junior is married to his German wife Mirjam. Junior has dedicated the last six years to work specifically with the Pais Movement because it offers a unique opportunity for people to develop and impact the lives of others. He speaks on a regular basis and has had numerous appearances on national TV and radio.
Pete is the Pais National Director in the United Kingdom. He is married to Bryony and they have two daughters, Isabella and Jasmine. Pete first joined the Pais Project when he was 18 years old. Pete and Bryony are the Young Adults Pastors at Life Church in Burnley and Pete is also one of the Founders of Burnley Christian Ethos Free School opened in 2014.
Dan is the Assistant National Director of Pais in Great Britain and the Youth Pastor at Life Church Lancashire. Dan is passionate about seeing Great Britain changed. Last year he led over 1000 young people on mission. His desire is to see more and more young people becoming instrumental in transforming the nation.
Tony Miller is the Pioneering Director for the Pais Movement in Australia. He is married to Julie and they have three children, Claire, Owen and Stella. Since 2010, Tony has partnered with Pais to have 7 teams and 36 apprentices. In 2008, he pioneered The Rabbi Project, which equips and challenge students to own and live out their faith.
Jan and Verena Thomsen are the National Directors for Pais Germany. They’ve been part of Pais since 2008/2009. They lived in Texas, USA for two years and were part of the Global Team, where they received their training. Her desire is to influence Christians to live their faith authentically in every area of their life – at school, in their families, at work or wherever they are.
Andrew is married to Ella and they have 4 children. Andrew has over 15 years of ministry experience. Together they have also served as missionaries in Mozambique and South Africa with Iris Ministries. Andrew is currently involved in pioneering a work with the Pais Movement in Aukland New Zealand.
After 6 years serving as National Director in Pais Ireland, Mark and his wife Beccy and their 3 sons are transitioning to work with the Global Team in Texas. Mark will be the Global Training Director in charge of resourcing all the Pais nations. Samuel is from Ghana, West Africa. He joined Pais in 2013, when he was 20 years old, and served Pais Ghana for 2 years. He moved to Kenya in 2015 where he served for one year before pioneering two Pais teams in Nigeria. He has a burning desire to see people come to Christ and grow in their faith as they seek first the kingdom of God and serve him faithfully.
Clement is the National Director for Pais in India. Before coming into full-time ministry, Clement earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Madras University and then his Master’s Degree in Divinity at Lakeview Bible College and Seminary. Through his teaching and ministry his youth group has grown from a handful of young people to over 250. He is now reaching out into many school campuses in his local community.
Rob Johnson, along with his wife Keren, serves as the National Director of Pais USA. They have 2 children. With more than 25 years of experience in youth culture, ranging from church youth groups to leadership in schools and communities, Rob stepped in to lead Pais USA in 2009. Currently, he oversees and focuses on Pais USA’s finances and recruitment.
